I came to visit my family good purchased a ticket for my fiance a month in advance to then come and visit with my family a week after purchasing this ticket was put in a critical condition and I was needing to reverse the ticket and go to him yet this I cheap flights instead of reversing the ticket and putting my name on it even though I am the purchaser of the ticket they chose to steal my money and go back and forth with animated inconsiderate messages telling me nothing informing me of nothing so basically they stole my money they are not allowing me to use this airplane ticket in my name nor have they given me my $200 back so now my fiance is in a life-or-death situation and I'm out $200 that I could have used the airplane ticket or put the $200 towards a rental car get these peoples continue to play games I advise any and everybody to never use I cheap flights unless you want your money stolen

So far I've had no issues I haven't really used it so it's kind of early to say whether it's a good or bad website
