I ordered my initial package and received two glass spray bottles. I use one for the all purpose cleaner and a few weeks later I went to use the other one and filled it with liquid and it leaked all over my counter, the bottom is cracked. I contacted Grove for replacement but they would not send out a new bottle I had to put in a whole new order over the cost of the bottle to get it replaced. No I don't need this stuff all the time it's a few months before I need anything else I just wanted a replacement for the damaged item I received in my initial order. They did give me a credit but again I had to put in an additional amount of money in an order to use the credit to get the bottle. I'll go to the brick and mortar stores where people have jobs that are in jeopardy because of places like Grove and give them my business. I've Realized lately that dealing with online businesses is more of a hassle than what it's worth. Better to go in by yourself you know what you're getting you know if it's broken, It was even better you can see the quality when you go and purchase it yourself.

As a certified B Corporation, we take our sustainable shipping practices seriously. In addition to carbon offsetting every order, we want to ensure that we're never shipping boxes that contain a small number of items. For that reason, we've set a shipment minimum. While we understand it's frustrating when an item is damaged in transit, instead of using the packaging, manpower, and carbon to send one single item, we add credit to your account so you can pick up a replacement in your next shipment.
