It's rare that you run into customer service this poor. Sue is an absolutely awful, rude, and nasty beast. Horrible problems with shipping, a terrible attitude, and piss poor communication. I can definitely see why I'd never heard of this place. It's unfortunate that businesses like this exist, but judging by the weird penny-pinching mentality and whining about lost money, they may not much longer.
Monica, thank you for taking the time and giving us feedback. Our customers are our family so it saddens us all to hear that we somehow failed to make you happy. We have been in business for 18 years and during this time I have never been called a "nasty beast." While this makes me genuinely sad it also made me smile as it made me think of one of my favorite books, Where the Wild Things Are. Ultimately the wild things and the main character became friends.
