I first came upon this website when I was 'dissed' by my local skin care place. I wanted a chemical peel treatment and they didn't reply to my inquiry. I have placed a total of four orders so far. I also joined the Platinum club that gives you 20% off each purchase and free shipping. I'm currently doing the prep for a Mandelic peel. I hope to move up to the TCA peels (which I had one in 2006). Their creams are fabulous and you can see results. Lots of videos to help educate you. If you have questions, email support and they get back to you really fast. I'm very happy and will continue to purchase from them. Can't recommend them highly enough.
I have had nothing but good experiences so far from the customer service, purchases, loyalty program (very generous). My first purchase was the Elements Essential Oil collection. I've only diffused a few of them so far but I love it so far. I recently purchased the Opulence diffuser. I was so excited to receive and use it. I'm very pleased with it. Nothing but good things to say about service and quality. You can't go wrong with their no questions asked returns policy on their diffusers. Looking forward to more goodies:-) Thanks Organic Aromas
