When I first sent a bag of items in, it wasn't too bad. I wasn't looking to make a ton of money on my stuff just enough to buy some new clothes, then they started deducting the $9.99 for the bag and shipping and the payout dropped. I sent a bag STUFFED with nice new clothes and after the shipping and the low ball payout I got a grand total of 0.65! I complained to their "customer service" and was told I would get a refund on the shipping cost to make it right, that was 4 months ago and still waiting. I also sent a bag of brand new boots (7 pair) and the bag was switched to donation, I never opted for that and once again was told by customer service that they would switch it back to consign, waited 3 months for that and got a measly $1.65. I am done with them, complete rip off!
