The ipad I received was not capable of accepting software updates, it overheated and the battery drained immediately. When I attempted to reach the Customer Service (2 days), a recording said they were busy helping other customers, leave a message and you will receive a call back immediately. NOT! Then I would get a recording that their staff was not available at that time. (Between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m.). I got an email from them telling me out of $165.79, they could only refund $91 because there is a restocking fee. Pure ripoff.

I ordered a cordless shark vacuum cleaner for $197.98 + tax. What I got was a 4 x 6 envelop that had a piece of packing bubble and a blue note saying thanks. There is no phone number, address, email address for the vendor. I called Groupon and they basically said "contact the vendor, there is nothing we can do", yet the charges on my credit card came from Groupon. Beware, Groupon is a scam!

What could be better than getting a supply list, a tutorial (online), and a selection of fabrics that doesn't end? I will tell you--the best customer service you could ever hope for! This company hires people that take everything personally. When you receive your order--chances are the person who handled your order has written you a note or at the very least signed your order form. Jenny posts tutorials on "YouTube" and your possibilities are endless. My mother quilted but she never had the patience to teach me. I have learned from the Jenny and her tutorials. I have made baby quilts for all the babies born to our friends and family the past few years, I have quilts that have gone to people in need and of course, I have my favorite, too.

I kept getting these emails to sign up for 80% off the initial year ($5) and I was going to have "Premium" membership. Access to videos, lessons, etc. The only thing it gives you access to is more and more emails to upgrade your membership to "Gold" so you can access videos, lessons, etc. It is a RIPOFF! Stay away.
