This is regarding my order# *******. I placed the order on Jan 8 and was informed by Indianroots that I would receive it by Jan 26. It is today Feb 2 and I have not received my package, nor have I received any notification about delay, shipping or status information from Indian roots. Please cancel my order and issue me a full refund through Paypal. I am very disappointed in your service.
