When I first found yandy I was so excited as I really liked the brand, little did I know how much they were going to let me down. I ordered over $100 of underwear from them well over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I've sent multiple emails as in the uk can't call them and I'm met with the same automated response about covid (load of bollocks given I've ordered stuff from all over during lockdown and it's not taken over a MONTH. I'm about to move out of the house I ordered it to and have had to arrange with the new Tennant for when / IF it eventually comes. They are unable to provide me with the location/ a tracking number that works or the day it will arrive. Absolute thiefs, DO NOT SHOP HERE

Hi Mollie - I apologize for the delay. I would be happy to look into this for you. If your delay is 1 month that is extreme - are you shipping outside the US? I would be happy to look into this for you if you supply your order #. If you do put in a change of address with the post office the package will forward with your mail.
