I purchased a bottle of DIOR HOMME pre-2020 as it shows on their website the pictures show a pre-2020 bottle, but I received the 2020 bottle which I already own and I haven't even opened it. I can't get in contact with them I tried emailing them. I tried messaging them on Facebook to no avail and they don't have a phone number.
They False advertise the product and you can't get a refund because you can't get in touch in anyway possible.
Go to Fragrancenet.com for cheaper prices and much better customer service and interaction. They actually have a phone number listed and they process returns effortlessly.
Or go to Fragrancex.com they're also wonderful.

Tip for consumers:
No way to contact them to process a return. No phone number to contact, they won’t contact you if you fill out their “contact us” form. They won’t reply to messages on their Facebook or email.
