Made a reservarion and booking charged me the full price, however, when I arrived to the hotel the hotel denied receiving any payment from booking.com, and charged me again.
I called booking.com never received any help just talking to some Indian people who don't care.
Horibble customer service. One night costed me $320 WITH BOOKING AND $300 WITH THE HOTEL. I NEVER RECEIVED REFUND FROM BOOKING, AND THEY FAIL TO SHOW ME PROOF OF PAYMENT MADE TO THE HOTEL.
