I participate in this website and I won 2 country cups, and when I contacted them they kept delaying. At last they told me that I sent the documents late but the truth is that I sent the documents that they requested on the same day and I was not delayed at all.
database.az is a SCAM please don't participate in it.
Anyone wants more information I will be happy to provide.
After a long debate with the customer service of gear best to refund me they did it. Then I placed my next order but guess what! Same bad customer service. It has been 8 days now and I don't now where is my package. They sent me a tracking # on Feb. 2nd but this tracking # is not working at all. So I contacted customer service 5 days ago without any respond.
I advice you to not buy anything from Gearbest.
