As a traveler, it is difficult enough to deal with an unplanned travel issue. What made matter worst for my case was my inability to reach Yapta for support neither via phone or via email. Additionally, Yapta did not provide a reservation number that the rental car can use to look up my reservation. I am deeply disappointed at the service and the support. I would like to caution others should you choose to use Yapta, please consider the poor service that you may experience.
