Purchased a winter jacket on early November 2020. Left arm on the inside was sewn together, could not get my arm through. On the phone for over 42 minutes to get someone on the phone. Told because of faulty item would not have to wait the typical 6 weeks from my return to get new item. Two weeks b4 Christmas called again. Another extremely long wait to get someone on the phone. Apologized and promised item would get to me b4 Christmas or a little after. January 12tb called yet again. Luckily this time got someone on the phone almost immediately. Will m not be getting item. I will getting a credit. No explanation why I didn't get the new jacket nor a refund. All I got was apologies and a start to a refund. Horrible horrible service. I feel bad for so many businesses going out of business cause of covid. But, Avenue has no business staying in business.
