Received my Aeron chair on time and delivered as instructed.
Had two (2) little scuffs on the frame - not a big deal, as this was Open Box - don't think anyone else would notice.
Great value
Installation was a breeze, as Customer Service advised.
Love the Sapphire Blue color.
Couldn't be more pleased. Just wish I had bought my first Aeron chair from them!
Tip for consumers:
Chair is heavy. We took it out of the box on the porch and carried it in that way. Then assembled and put in place
