Joint property was being sold…Agent was a friend of one of the family members and communication was mainly filtered through this person instead of all of the owners of the property. Agent missed important information when texting and justified it by saying how busy she was responding to other text messages, phone calls and doing a showing all at the same time. Provided misinformation about out-of-state owner attending the closing. This made for a messy close as documents apparently could not be electronically signed and were emailed at the last minute. Several errors in the documents causing a delay in signing due to waiting for revised copies and being mailed overnite. Proceeds were issued as a check instead of being wired as requested
