This website is trash. I ordered over 200 dollars from this seller and some of the items were out of stock. Seller refused to refund me saying that it was "too much work wouldn't I take store credit instead?" Why would I want to buy again from a company that won't refund me my money when they screwed up their inventory? This is ridiculous. Looks like I will have to call my bank and refuse the payment there.

I haven't always made the best shopping choices here (things didn't fit, etc) or sometimes things were damaged or incorrect. However, I received great customer service. I know mistakes happen and that is one thing but sometimes it happens and the customer service is also bad. That isn't the case here. Melissa helped me fix the issues I had and was very helpful!
