Nextdoor has very little to do with actually bringing neighbors closer. What it does do is allow arrogant, power hungry neighbors with nothing better to do to play "ruler" and make their own rules. It become a ridiculous little power struggle with high-school like bully antics and it's a shame because the site COULD be so useful if the neighborhood leads were put through some kind of strict qualification process to ensure that only highly professional, unbiased, and helpful neighbors got those spots. Secondly, I warned my neighbors long ago that Nextdoor's actual agenda was to collect all of our information so they could monetize it. Nobody believed me but now it's happening! Their particular animosity toward Realtors was especially telling and sure enough, now they are offering a Real Estate section! And is it actual local Realtors who live and know the neighborhoods? No, of course not; it's big brokerage houses who have nothing to do with the local neighborhood but a lot of money to pay Nextdoor to be allowed to invade the neighborhoods that are supposed to be private! What a joke? But I guess it's on us, huh? 'Cause it's obviously working for the Nextdoor execs who I assume are laughing all the way to the bank!

I feel like they are sending you magazines to force you to cancel which you can only do by phone or email, allowing them to capture more information on you to sell to other unethical "partner" companies. You won't know it's from them; it's a bit of a process to find out. We'll see if it actually gets cancelled or not. I better not get a bill. What a scam!

I've been a Turbo Tax customer for about 10 years. It's always been easy and I've never wanted to start over again with a new company but this might be the year. The programming is terrible this year. My income says $0 from the beginning (nothing entered nor uploaded directly) and I can't change it without deleting everything and losing all my job information from prior years.

Addtionally, the customer service people are incompetent. I've had to call 3 times already and none of them knew any more about the system than I do! They, supposedly, got a 2nd level tech involved but the solution with both required me deleting stuff I'd already spent a lot of time on. One wanted me to just clear my return and start over; one had no other solution so I just hung up and did nothing, and now the third wants me to delete all my job information when all I need to do is enter my income. Some programmer really screwed up not allowing users to only change the income and the front line customer service is clueless. Not sure how they can possibly get such high ratings for customer service as it is almost non-existent... well, good customer service at least.

I was sent to this site from the County Court website. I also looked it up to see if it was legit. Given that it was seemingly being used by the court and the initial information I got was that it was legit, I went ahead and did a one month (I only needed one report). Boy, do I regret it! All I can see is the dashboard, which has a lot of errors, but I can't open or download anything because the site doesn't work properly and it freezes up my computer. There is definitely missing information and a lot of completely incorrect information. These people are just buying old and unverified lists and then publishing it. This is such a scam!

I sat through the presentation but when I asked more about how they get their leads and why he thought they have so many bad reviews, he started getting defensive and basically told me that they have lots of happy customers and he can show me some good reviews. He also couldn't explain why, as an aggregator, sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc...would give them better leads than they give their direct paying leads (something he stated to explain the value of their service). He just said that since they pay more money, they are going to get better leads! Sorry, but that's an insult to the leads sites and unfair to the Realtors who are paying directly to support them. This is a third party just trying to collect money by getting in the middle! And they are way too expensive; do fall for the pitch. Not worth it. I told them I wasn't interested and now I'm getting spam email every day from them! Completely unethical company.

I'm giving a three instead of a one because they have at least refunded my shipping fees, or so they say. However, you need to know that you cannot trust their delivery dates because they won't stand behind them nor will they refund you your money if they can't get the items to you when you need them. I don't personally have an issue with the price or quality but know that you might be showing up to that celebration without a gift because their shipping is unreliable.

Tip for consumers:
Do NOT trust their shipping times. They don't honor them; they are estimates only and regardless if you paid extra or not, the arrival of your items is in their control. They may refund you the shipping costs but if your items are unusable because they don't arrive on time, they will not refund you the price.

Taking my exam through PSI was a NIGHTMARE! The system is extremely flawed, doesn't always work, and there is not support available without a long wait. They don't provide a phone number or email, only an online form that asks for information you may or may not have so you can contact them. I finally got into my test 45 minutes late. Because of the stress involved in just getting on, I did not do well. Additionally, there was a survey and an affidavit I was supposed to complete and sign but the proctor signed me out, or I was somehow automatically signed out somehow, and I was not able to complete. Now I don't know if my test was submitted or if I will get my certificate.

Tip for consumers:
DON'T. If you are forced to, allow a LOT of extra time. It took me an hour to get them and get logged on properly. Sadly, the company who is using them to proctor tests may only allow you to sign on no more than 15-30 minutes early. They are very hard to reach so get signed on and start as soon as you possibly can. They have long wait times if you need technical support and you will likely be late signing on to your test.

I recently moved (probably common for a lot of overstock.com customers). My first shipment was scheduled to be delivered on the Friday of the weekend we were moving. That date was fine but for some reason, it got changed to Monday instead. As we were no longer going to be at that address, I gave them my new address to send the shipment to instead. However, because it was already in transit, they couldn't change it. Now, 3 weeks later they are sending me something at the old address again! They will not accept any kind of responsibility. They will blame the customer over and over again. No matter what, it is never their responsibilty! So if you are looking at another site with a similar product, I would definitely advise to stay away from Overstock.com or be prepared for something to go wrong because it will!
