I used FotoFlexer all the time. I even gave several referrals to use it because I'm a writer and enjoy creating interesting photo covers for my stories. Here's the thing: If you are like me and like everything to be perfect after dedicating hours to creating something fantastic -- not for you. Not to say creations aren't fun -- when they work. But after working hard on adjusting color, cutting the picture out, and then having the system bug out it gets pretty frustrating. On the other hand, it's great for readjusting the size of pictures, by adding pixels, but the adjustment is fairly limited.
In a nutshell, if you're using FotoFlexer for something quick and fun, it's like the cheap date you took out as a favor to your friend; but don't expect anything big to come of it.
