I signed up and logged in. About an hour later I logged in again and it told me that my account had been disconnected

There is some sort of bug on their system. Instead of helping customers and solving the problem they brush it off and tell you to re-enter all your personal data and create a new account

Don't waste your time. Support is lousy - they dont seem to know how to treat customers
