Every single time I've dealt with Wayfair, I've had an outstanding experience. And, they are dealing with a Karen. Seriously, they are nice, accommodating and do everything in their power to make sure you are happy. They have earned a lifelong customer because of their outstanding customer service each and every time. Thank you Wayfair for being a step above the rest!

The T-shirt I ordered arrived very quickly and looked great! However, the T-shirt did not work not due to anything they did wrong. They did, however, replace it with a different material and ask that we donate the other one to a charity of our choice. Cafe Press will continue to get my business time and time again!

New review: Outstanding customer service! They have been in touch with me via email and refunded money for the one dress. It appears they are doing everything in their power to make this situation right. I thank them for their responsiveness to this review and their willingness to fix the dress.

Old review: We sent custom measurements and the dress doesn't fit at all. In fact, we can't even make it work because it's just that small. The company was very responsive to our emails, but said it wasn't their fault. It looks like we need to purchase another dress and pray it works this time around. Unfortunately, they gave us absolutely no guidance when asking why the dress didn't fit when measurements were sent. That said, I feel like the dress is made fairly well and lined. Now if we can just get the dress to fit, it would be perfect.

We sincerely apologize to you. Your previous communication with our customer service team did not give you any help, which also caused you to thought that you need to pay for a new order solely. That is not the case. Since it is a custom order, we need to reconfirm all measurements if it is not appropriate. This is to ensure the dress will have a perfect fit when remaking. If the dress can be modified locally, we can also provide a certain amount of modification compensation, as stated in our refund policy.

We are sorry again for all unhappiness that it caused to you. We'll give you a full refund for your new order and remake a new dress for you freely. My colleague will contact your soon and confirm all measurements with you again. Please check your e-mail. Thank you for your approval and appreciation for the dress quality. We will work hard to keep up it. We are convinced that you will receive a perfect dress to fit.

Chegg put through an automatic renewal for the solutions manual on my Paypal account. Within one day of contacting them to cancel, they refunded my money. They have a happy customer here and will continue to use them for my college needs. Thanks, Chegg!
