The company is lacking terribly. This supplier is UNRELIABLE by far the most UNRELIABLE I have ever encountered. I actually love the quality of their jewelry so that is not the issue. However, every time I order I only get about half of what I have picked out. This sucks because I order certain things to go as a set and when an element of that set does not come in, then I am stuck with merchandise that I cannot sell. They NEVER update for items out of stock so it is a total crap shoot on what I will get. If you like an item forget about keeping it as a regular item offered. Because it will likely not be available when you order. So, when customers come in requesting it you will look like a fool incessantly telling them "we don't have it in stock." Or "no problem I will order that for you" then it doesn't come in. Also, don't bother paying for a fast shipping. You will not get it any faster even if it is a small order. It took 8 days for me to get my 3 day order. I have customers coming in and like an idiot I say "It's still not here yet." This happens nearly every time (I can prove it so its not defamatory). Also, they had a deal that if you purchase $500 worth of jewelry you get a free counter case that holds like 200 pieces of jewelry and spins and has a key. You can buy for around $100. Well, it wasn't so free after all because they charged me $230 for shipping. I had no idea until I got my invoice with the order. I could have purchased 2 of those counter spinners and got free shipping for the price they charge for shipping the supposedly "free" item. Nearly every order has errors. And I am sick of this company making a fool out of me. Nothing they sell is worth the hell they have put me through. They need a real wake-up call. I spend around $7,000 to $10,000 a year with them and actually it would have been way more had they had all of the items I ordered in stock. They don't appreciate a loyal customer. They have grown too fast for their britches and they are losing RELIABLE buyers because of it. I have had it and after today I am cutting my ties with them. I have been using them as one of my suppliers for several years now. My rep is amazing his name is Carlos and he is always so helpful and sweet. But it ends there. As a reseller they are useless to me because the space I have allotted for their items stays empty because everything is always out of stock and they don't bother to let you know or remove the items from the website. I could say more, but you've heard enough. You've been warned.
