Their plugin caused a problem. My web developer recommended I cancelled it. Codecanyon has so far refused to do so, even though I bought the plugin 10 days ago. When I initially requested a refund, some "customer service" agent refused to facilitate the refund and first told me there was no problem and then sending me a link to my general profile, telling me to request a refund (but no direct link to the refund page). When she finally came up with the correct information, I requested a refund and am now again interrogated as to why I didn't tell them about the problem.
I DON'T NEED QUESTIONING - THE PLUGIN DIDN'T WORK WITH MY EXISTING PLUGINS. REFUND THE MONEY.
