We hired this company originally in September to move into a storage. They were scheduled to arrive on a Thursday at 10 am and showed up at 3pm. When they guy saw the move he claimed the move would not fit in his truck because his truck was half full. He claimed he could go to Newark and drop it off and then come back. We said not to bother the storage would be closed. My husband then had to take another day off the next day. The next day they showed up and packed everything up to what we thought was fine. They charged us $450 for the wraps for the furniture to be returned when we hire them again in three months. We were very upset with the way they stacked the boxes in the storage. We had rented two huge storage's to avoid any damage to our furniture. As upset as we were with the service we knew we were forced hiring them again because they had $450 of our furniture. When three months came around I spoke to a new manager who explained to me that the other manager had been let go and things would run smoothly. The movers showed up on time except for the lock on the truck that froze. But the worse was coming. Our expensive china cabinet which is two parts was all scratched on the bottom of the top right side and a piece of wood was chipped off from the front. Also two of the glass shelves were chipped. The bracket that attachés the top to the bottom was lost. With our dresser the wood and screws that attach the mirror was also lost. The mover tried to argue with me that he had given it to me three months ago. They then dropped a box of liquor bottles that were securely wrapped with bubble wrap. Broke six bottles of liquor and then brought broken glass pieces and wet liquor into my brand new floors. Then I go open my boxes marked in red letter Fragile and my china glasses are broken. I was livid. I told them I was not paying them the balance and I called the office. The movers refused to leave and sat in my living room. Yelling at me in Russian and making phone calls. This interchange took at least an hour. Then the manager told them to take $100 and leave. I am a diabetic and my Glucose was in 650. Never have I been so insulted in my own home. These people should not be in business. Extremely unprofessional.

I hired this company for my original move to a storage facility back in September. They were suppose to show up on Thursday at 10am they showed up at 3pm. When the guy saw what he had to pack he said our move wouldn't fit because he had another move in the truck. We told him not to bother the storage would close by the time he came back. My husband had to take another day off the next day. The next day they came at 10am and packed everything what I thought looked pretty good. They charged me $450 for the wraps for the furniture which would be refunded to me in three months when I contracted them again. So I was forced to hire them again. I was dissapointed with the way they stacked the boxes in the storage because I had rented two huge units for enough room. When I hired them 3 months later I realized I was right. My china cabinet was scratched at the side and a big chip of wood in the front. The bracket that connects the top to the bottom was lost. Also the wood and screws to my dresser mirror were lost. The mover tried to blame me telling me he had given it to me three months ago. They also broke two glass shelves in my china cabinet. They then dropped a box of liquor which was carefully wrapped with bubble rap. Besides breaking 6 bottles they then brought broken glass and liquor into my house with their boots. Needless to say I was livid. When I started to unpack the boxes 6 of my china glasses were chattered. When they finished and I call he office that I wasn't paying the mover started yelling at me in Russian and refused to leave my house. He threatened with calling the police. I called the office again. This Interchange of calls took an hour before the manager spoke to him and told him to accept $100 and leave. Never have I been so insulted in my own home. I am a diabetic and my glucose was at 650. I will never recommend this company. They should not be in business..
