Really bad customer service, they don't help at all, disappointed INCREIBLE BAD SERVICE, BAD HOTELS THEY CHOOSE INSTEAD OF HOTELS THEY GIVE MOTELS NOT FEELING SECURE AT ALL I AM TRAVELING WITH MY FAMILY AND WANTED TO CHANGE THE HOTEL EVEN IF I HAD TO PAY MORE AND THEY DIDNT HELP ME. SO I SAID IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY FAMILY AND ME, PRICELINE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE
