I ordered a pair of shoes that did not fit properly. I called about a return shipping label and was told that I would receive it via email. TWO weeks later of me repeatedly calling because I wasn't receiving any label, I am told that they don't do that anymore and that I was responsible for the return shipping fee. So I pay it and return the shoes and spend almost two months calling them periodically about my money. I finally get $48 of the $129 refunded. I call about the remainder and they say that they sent it and it is now the banks problem if I don't have it. Horrendous experience.
