BE AWARE Awful experience. Super DISAPPOINTED in YesStyle lately. Ordered a package in MARCH (23rd) I even paid 20$ express delivery (should arrive in 3-5 business DAYS) when they still had NO covid exceptions on the website. I STILL haven't received my package and it is almost June. I've not heard anything of it. I send customer service SEVERAL emails,
Only to receive a generic response with a copy paste from the tracking page that I'm also very much able to follow myself that it might take "a couple of weeks" for it to arrive. Zero help what so ever. I do understand that covid slows things down but MONTHS? This is ridiculous and the way the respond and treat their customers is awful and so unhelpful. I get no information or answers regarding if I'll ever even receive my package. I'm also concerned that my products won't be good when they arrive if they're sitting in a hot warehouse in the back of some post office right now. I'm more than disappointed of YesStyle, I won't be placing any orders with them ever again. IHerb has much more sufficient and helpful service gets everywhere in the world even with the current situation so fast. I'm so annoyed also that I recommended YesStyle to a friend and the EXACT SAME thing happened to her and we even live in different countries on the opposite sides of the world.
Is anyone else struggling with this?
Oh yeah and about a month or so ago I noticed YesStyle has removed my country from the list where they deliver and when I asked what's up with that via email I got no reply again. I won't probably receive my 200$+ order ever and it seems any kinda of response from them is impossible to get so I can only assume how hard it is to get a refund. So disappointed since I've been a loyal customer and had no issues in the past and now I don't get any help. BE AWARE!
