Your company took $113.00 out of my account when I was told it would be TEN DOLLARS. You caused my account to come up SHORT. Now you have caused me late fees on my other accounts which are taken out the FIRST OF THE MONTH. I am on a FIXED INCOME, SO AFTER I READ TEN DOLLARS A MONTH, THAT AMOUNT COULD FIT INTO MY BUDGET.
