We order an outlet for New Year's Eve in mid december, paid an extra $17 for 5-8 day delivery. It did not arrive until 4 weeks later, told them we had to return item, told what to do, returned in Jan and now it is 10 weeks later still no refund, do not buy from them terrible customer service
