These guys are unbelievably bad and I can't believe what they've done to the once vaunted Sears name! I ordered the part a month ago, they backordered it, I found it somewhere else and canceled the order, and now they've held onto my money for almost a month. Their Customer Service phone line is a joke. I bought it here because I trust the name. Wow, what a mistake! I would never buy anything from these guys again.
Ran a report one myself and it was full of useless, out of date, and inaccurate information. After I canceled on the same day, my mailbox got slammed by dozens of spam emails every day with no end in sight. Stay away from this RIP OFF!
