The window factory was awesome ten years ago i started there in 2004 now i am a former employee who has concerns that they have been operating a bait and switch operation in san diego unbeknownst to the customers. Apparently whenever they have had a rush order, cannot produce product, install in a timely manner or who knows whenever else the local company who purports manufacturing their vinyl frame solana windows and monterey patio sliding doors do not make anything anymore. They outsource to apple valley, ca. They will tell you that they make it but thats a stretch and rest assured when the window factory does not make it - it is ordered from a chinese company out of duarte, ca called the value window. SHAME on you the window factory no excuse for being deceptive and unethical. This is criminal and i would not be surprised of a class action suit- there must be a law against ripping san diego families off my dad always said, "honesty is the best policy" from a former employee/first hand experience/unfortunately
