I work in an investment organization that cares alot about its staff members, but later on that all changed. Since the day we took the initiatives for a very very bold risk, a blind one, that is to change the banking system to Olympic ERI. Well, Olympic representitives looked professional, acted professional they sang like professional. But once they got their miserable banking system running in our organization their tech support ran away, gone with the wind. Olympic left us with a bronze coin banking system, that turned out to be less than a bronze later on, and probably a rust. Our staff members slept over the years waiting and waiting to get the most basic function to work from the Olympic banking system. Probably Moody's credit rating gone pretty cheap with their ratings for such a banking system recommendation. Probably life is miserable for Olympic Banking System organization and Moody's share their anti-depression.


Really bad writers and the worst part they are not honest about their services..
I would stay away from them, the given assignment answers were all wrong.




If you are looking for a business software look elsewhere, FIS Global will sell you the product with minimum support. FIS Global will support you in the short-run and then forget you in the long-run. Their support is slow and their products lacks the proper manual and instructions.

FIS Global clearly does not care about their clients in the long run. The company is a hit and run for your money.




You came to the worst company in terms of support.

-It takes ages to solve a problem; once the problem is fixed, it is fixed for the day only.

-The support team are not professional; when they coordinate to investigate about a technical issue they blame it on third party for not providing the information.

-They can mess up with your business if maintenance is not paid; once they have remote access to your system they can stop their services from functioning unless paid.

- Their accounting department is a mess. They are unable to maintain the proper document for the service billing.
