I had the same problem than most people here. The cancellation option was not showing up in my settings. I freaked out, and read the review and got mad. However, when I shoot them an email and provided them my account email address, they took care of it the same day and email me back that it was canceled.
I just have to wait a year see if they will charge or not as some people are complaining here. Until that happen, I would say they not as bad as people say they are.
