I called Flight Hub and cancelled my Elite membership five months ago to find out that my credit card was still charged membership fees all theses months.
After I found out, I contacted customer care at three different instances. I was kept on hold for extremely long time. They promised to refund the wrong charges but refused to provide the cancellation number. They promised to send the cancellation e-mail within 24 to 72 hours but nothing happened.
Unbelievable!
I'll ask my credit card security to resolve the issue with Flight hub.
