Purchased two items, both arrived in same plastic bag, Wrapped the bag for Christmas presents (I'm a guy) and one item was wrong style. Started return process which requires that you take pictures of ALL shipping and individual bags, WP (which appears to be barcode) and item(s) themselves to send them before they will authorize return. Dealing with at least two different representatives who apparently don't have a grasp of the English language based on their replys to my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone! Poor quality and poor if any customer service.
I want to follow up on the original review above, as StyleWe finally authorized only a Store Credit after admitting in the face of overwhelming evidence that they did send the wrong item and it was not my fault. I would have preferred the correct item in exchange, but the item was no longer in stock and they had NO IDEA when it might be available again. There was a one week wait to even get the store credit after I accepted their offer. I still do not recommend this company, but if cheap goods that look nice for a short while are what you are after, along with poor, unorganized customer service, then this company is it. I don't have much faith in communist capitalism after this experience.
