Thanks for your report but would be fair to write as well that you never contacted us about any claim before posting this review neither submitted to us any evidence to support your claim nor answered our several attempts to contact you by phone and email for already a week time.
We are more than ready to investigate your claim but to do so we must get the proper information to do it, we must be able to reach you at least.
