Aweful aweful customer service - took forever to respond, unreliable sellers on that site e.g. wemassage.ca that takes forever to respond as well. STAY AWAY!
Great site for SPG booking, easy to navigates and good maps to show where the hotels are, compared to other similar sites like marriot.
Aweful aweful awefull customer services. Call at least 10 times, never any body on the phone. Left phone message and never return phone call. Email them yesterday and multiple times, no response so far. I'm starting to think this online business is a total scam
