As per the Auction Participation Terms and as disclosed on each property display page, unless advertised differently, all properties in auction events have a minimum selling price established by the seller known as the reserve price. The starting bid is not the reserve price. If the reserve price is not met, the seller is under no obligation to sell the property however at their sole discretion may consider a bid below the reserve subject to their consideration and approval.
