Do not use this company. If my experience is anything to go by I am amazed that the web is not buzzing with complaints. I ordered cleaning materials in June 2011. Despite repeated emails and promises that the goods would be delivered they have never arrived. For the last week I have been asking for a refund and surprise surprise since then I have received no further contact. As there is no contact telephone number or address shown on the website you cannot even phone up and give someone a blast.

Be warned.
