Ordered an item and received the wrong product. Was asked to send it back before the correct item was despatched. I pointed out several times that the return was costing me an extra £5 in order to rectify THEIR mistake but this was completely ignored. I find this attitude unacceptable. The correct item also took quite a while to arrive - so much so that I began to wonder if this was a scam operation. All in all a lot of stress and an extra fiver in costs. Would advise shoppers steer clear of these guys.

Good range of quality brands at decent prices. Just received my third order from them - came in good time, notwithstanding the Christmas rush. Would recommend.

Website clearly said 3-4 day delivery time. Item not shown up and it's now the birthday of the person who it is a gift for. The company now saying it will take a week. Paid almost £12 for express delivery. Tracking number comes up as Unknown. Not happy

Good site for professional video kit. They sell genuine & legit UK spec goods and have a physical presence in a warehouse in Hertfordshire that you can visit and trial various bits of gear. In other words, they don't just hide behind the website. I've bought twice from them and so far I'm very happy. Their prices, while competitive, aren't necessarily the cheapest you'll find online, but you pay slightly more for a dependable interlocutor.
