I have ordered from them online several times and in most cases the service was as advertised. On at least 3 occasions I reviewed items that were not up to standard or that i considered dangerous, in an effort to warn others. When I submitted the reviews that were 1 or 2 star Tractor Supply rejected them and refused to post them, indicating they did not meet their standards. Consequently the items retain their 5 star reviews on line, when in fact if they were honest would have lower ratings. It makes me wonder how may other reviews are edited or refused because they rate the products lower than the company wants.
Hello, we apologize for any inconvenience receiving the magazine has caused. Our records show that we received an email request to cancel the magazine. The magazine was being sent as a Paid Special Offer by the agent indicated in the email. They would be able to advise how this was initiated. As the Magazine Clearing House that processed the magazine order, we can confirm that this has now been cancelled in our system and the name and address has been added to our internal Do Not Mail List, to prevent future magazines from being processed through our Clearing House.
