“Ripoff”

I cannot recommend Envato under any circumstances, the support is abysmal. As an example, I purchased a theme from them that could not be installed according to their instructions. I asked for support MANY times, and was totally ignored. When I asked for a refund, they simply said "no" and locked my account. Can you imagine running a commercial website with that kind of support?

“Total Ripoff”

Before purchasing from Envato, I recommend you review the page envato ripoffs on facebook.

My experience was typical: I purchased a theme from them, but it could not be installed using the written directions. I requested support MANY TIMES, but they simply ignored me. When I requested a refund, they simply locked my account, then said NO.
