Every few weeks we get another piece of spam from this company. I just wish they would give up....

I am deeply sorry for the miscommunication regarding this matter, and that we have failed to meet your expectations and the high standards we set for ourselves. From situations such as these we can learn how to improve in the future. Accordingly, I will be investigating the points you have raised and taking the appropriate action.
I have sent a copy of the information requested to you via email. We have prepared a new Check and this will be submitted this afternoon. We can then escalate to Challenge on the criteria that this Check will set a precedent for.
