I ordered flowers for my Mom's 80th birthday four days before the party. I got an email that stated they couldn't deliver. I live in a large city. I called flowers.com and they stated all was ok and the flowers would be delivered as promised. Fail! No flowers, called back and the gal on the phone was useless! She ended up charging me a second time for the flowers when I was seeking a refund. I called back and talked to another representative that spoke enough English to supposedly put in a refund. Totally unprofessional, lack of having a clue about customer service. The one star is for the flowers they supposedly will send for free. I doubt they arrive. Shop wisely, if you want flowers on time, go elsewhere!
