For years I used them without problems, recently 1 of my reviews about Epson was considered as spam and I was banned. I had supplied proor of purchase.
They are now taking payments from advertisers, this is the reason for there change in policy. They are no longer unbiased.

1 star is 5 too many.
I submitted 2 items both rejected due to photographs even after re-submitting 3 times exactly as they requested and more! The so called experts don't speak ENGLISH SO I ended up with Italian, who simply repeated previous emails, some in Italian!
Alltogether I wasted 6 weeks back and forth, their emails say 3 days to reply, no way, Jose, just kidding yourselves.

STRAIGHT AWAY = over 8months!
I have had a complaint about the non existant service my letters email and/or phone going on for over 2 years with pensions firm ReAssure. The 1st year thru' my complaint to the Ombudsman I received compensation £150, the 2nd complaint the next year £150, I'm now on my 3rd complaint with the Ombudsman = 3rd time 3rd year, and today after my request/complaint was started on September 20th 2021, 8 months ago the Ombudsman says and I quote 'We're helping a lot of customers at the moment, so I'm sorry we won't be able to reply straight away'. STRAIGHT AWAY = MORE WHENEVER. Below is an example.
Today I eventually after 20 mins got thru' to your so called help by phone.
When asked Fay told me I have been paying 100's of pounds each year to my non existent financial adviser.
She gave me the address as

Telford
It does not exist so I phoned again, holding on for 30 mins, without an answer.
Which leads me to believe you have illegally deducted money from my account for many years. I demand a full refund of all fees taken from my income immediately.
I knew nothing about this until my latest statement arrived. Never before have you notified me of this.
I need an explanation, FAST.
I want the balance transferred quickly with a written explanation.
Also I'm still waiting responses from 2 previous emails.
They are a joke.

I phoned you twice, the last time 2 days ago I was told the item was held in customs USA. A lie, it appears now it's back in your depot in France.
I sent requested documents in good time as you can see by my previous emails, which I might add you don't reply to.
You have cost me over €100 for stress and time wasting. I demand a full refund, your service is useless.
3rd time Today I phoned again and was told you don't accept watches, I have sent watches via you before? I asked for your Managing Directors name he refused to give me information except his managers name is Rolent, he refused to say full name.
I ask you again who is your managing director and his address?

You have not refunded also you have taken unlawfully more money 618**************BRJP for insurance and so far only refunded my return postage for the FACTURE n° *******. I sent you proof of postage and delivery, you refunded postage costs but not the printer. I want to close my account, you refused. I want to leave a review, you nrefuse to accept it? I want my money refunded for the original order. I have contacted the phone number you gave me. 1st time they said a refund was impossible. 2nd time I sent proof of posting back, they sent me an email saying they were looking into it? How long does this take? Now you have given another invoice number Order N ° *******3278BSAD, what for? I'm unable to contact by email as all are no reply. You simply play for time, you are crooks. I strongly advise others to avoid your company like the plague.

I bought 2 pairs of glasses, the 1st fell apart after 2 days, the 2nd after 1 hour also the photochromatic lens was made incorrectly. They offered to replace the frames, I refused because I could not see thru' the lens's. I went to a local optician who said photochromatic lenses should not be made online due the complexity involved. I'm still waiting the outcome from Tendaglasses.
I would not touch them with a bargpole.

They did 2 repairs, 1 outside underground pipe. Fitted inferior not legal 15mm pipe. After me complaining they sometime/weeks later replied saying I need to renew all my pipes.
I have now renewed them, at the same time the specialist saw your work saying you had used the wrong diameter of pipe, 15mm instead of 25mm which is against regulations also the WC siphon you replaced still leaks = 2 jobs both faulty.
Also I asked why on 2 occasions I did not sign off anything as finished and satisfactory. When I received my final paperwork by email it was signed by you as client, twice. How do you explain this?
Since above you refused my subscription paid on internet. You owe me €55, you said 14 days to refund over a month ago, now you say a further 40 days?
1 of your ex employees told me you payed £50 a callout how can you employ qualified people for that?

It seems the only way to contact Homeserve is here. I am unable to talk by phone I've been cut off 3 times.
The last visit started for a leak, they arrived on 28/7/2020. This resulted in the leak becoming a burst pipe. I was without water for 2 weeks.
A 'technician' came eventually to 'fix it'. However I still had a leak but he did not have the equipment to find it underground. Another man came a week later and said it was my WC leaking, he changed the float. He said all was OK.
However I still am loosing water according to my meter from both bad repairs.
Because Home Serve said the problem was solved they now say I can't have the leaks they left faulty.
I think I may need a solicitor, I don't think they can sign papers on my behalf.
Talking to them is like talking to a brick wall.
1st photo shows how the repairs have now been done properly using 25mm pipes+ Protection by a Tradesman, 2nd shows 15mm pipe used by Homeserve.

Brain Damage
Like some others I entered in to a pension scheme with windsor life in the early 90s eventually after a stream of takeovers now Reassure.
However since around 7 months ago the client service is run by morons. Possibly some re-organisation. It takes weeks sometimes months to receive a reply after phoning which in itself is like the 3rd degree, lots of deerie's & darlings but no common sense.
Even after receiving a letter of apology from a manager? When I phoned to talk to him I was passed from 3 departments no-one knowing him!
My advice steer clear if you like customer sensible service. Meantime anyone knowing na efficient pension company please let me know.

Actually 1 star is too much.
Sleezy charlatans, I bought a TV advertised at 349 on ebay with a voucher code. The voucher didn't work and I received 2 invoices on PayPal for 399.
When I finally got a reply after 3 days they said they had refunded, & could not find the order, not true.
I sent all PayPal proof but I'm still waiting for a 2nd response, I also tried phoning but just a recorded message to wait & wait & wait yawn yawn.
USELESS go elswhere.

I originally found your USA www, they sent me to UK www, I also enquired about France on your help line, a Philipines lady in your call center sent me to www.fr, I got adverts for other 0pticians not you!
So I bought a pair on your UK www although more expensive because my bank account is here in FRance so I pay for the exchange rate.
What a way to run a railway?
Finally I received a message to say I would receive a receipt in a few hours, NOTHING AND WHEN I EMAILED YOU ABOUT IT, ALSO NOTHING. I even sent my PayPal invoice you issued.
The only reply you sent was to say you are closing my ticket?
Are you in China or Hong Kong, never did find out?

It arrived wrapped in newspaper, great for a 1000 euro watch, no invoice or original box?!
I checked time keeping=+ 10 minutes a day
I checked the movement= not Rolex
I contacted Chrono24, after 3 days someone responded saying I must pay return postage for a box of rubbish.
I see Chrono24 has good reviews, I am at a loss to know how, they are scammers allowing anything to be sold good or rubbish.
After all above I decided to cancel my account but not possible, then I tried to cancel my adverts also not possible.

Why has your www so many technical problems?
I did what you said, canceled my account on your website and you refunded 5 for my Sim card but you now continue taking a monthly contract amount from my Visa card.
Would you explain how you cancelled my account but continue taking my money even after twice asking to stop Visa payments?
Your company is dis-honest, not to be trusted.
I am only able to contact you direct via Trustpilot.
Your company and the www are useless.

I took out a 2 year plan recently. If I could give no stars it would be more appropriate.
Since then the software has never functioned correctly. In the beginning it was small things like auto login not working, also not being able to login to Amazon, Ebay, PayPal, my bank & any UK TV channels without receiving an email or phone call to verify my login 1st.

However over time it got to me being unable to use it at all on either W7 or W8.1 or W10, so for over a week I had no service even after them 'Screensharing' for 2 hours uploading various rubbish that didn't make a difference.

I asked for a refund of my remaining subscription without a reply but when I asked for the Directors name eh voila, immediate refund?

So they took over from RobSat tv a few weeks ago. I had already paid them for 1 year so called GOLD Membership.
Then started OK for a week after progressively worse 'till today unable to login at all.
Before today all other sorts of problems...
Video files not found
No SD BBC1
No SD BBC2
No HD BBC1
No HD BBC2
+ many others too numerous to say.
They also never respond to any emails,
They put up on the www that it's being hacked etc etc.
This company is 100% scam.
