They have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to me
