I NEVER write any bad comments on social media, but the recent service that i had from taobao seller is really a wake up call. Very very bad customer service, they basically don't care about your problem, when they are the one created the problem. At the end, loosing money is the only option. They denied everything, very good in arguing. I was furious and told them i am going to post bad comments on them, the customer service said go ahead, we can manage it, we dont care, and we are not afraid. I wonder how they got so many good comments and high rating, ALL FAKE!
