I purchased two identical orders of organic formula from them. Each one was nearly $300.00 as I chose to pay an additional $50.00 for quicker shipping. The first order was delivered as expected. The second order was stopped and evaluated by the FDA. The FDA requested additional information from organic formula.net about the contents of the box, they did not send anything that was asked for. The FDA chose to destroy the package because of the lack of response. The company refused to refund my $300.00 and told me that "these things sometimes happen". After several requests they still refused to give me a refund. They are thieves! Do not buy their products, if you do remember it is at your own risk!
