Two separate owners renting at 2 different locations on Cape Cod both took 12+ hours to respond to our inquiry on their last minute rentals. Both claimed that the week we were looking for was no longer available; however the week we wanted was clearly advertised as available. We wasted 2 days waiting for the owners to respond to our inquiry. Both had "Pet Friendly" listed, but in the response to our inquiry, notified us that they would not allow dogs. No thank you to this site! What a joke.

Inventory of available homes is so low right now that homeowners are receiving multiple inquiries for the same week and are not updating their calendars as quickly as they should.
