I needed a literature review, they have no clue how to write one, even after promising that they could. I had to send it back twice with explanations on how to write a literature review. In the end I had to pay another company to write it for me and paid twice as much because it was last minute. Now scholarinn won't refund my money. They offered me 30% refund after telling me they would continue to work on it, they had no concept at all of how to write a lit review. Shocking quality writting. Some sentences didn't even make any sense.
