I ordered a custom neon sign to celebrate a friends new tiki hut. Although the sign is custom... it is a simple sign consisting of 5 letters. The order was placed on April 25th and it is now July 25th. I sent several emails requesting updates on the order and had not received any response. I finally sent another email and left a voice mail on July 22nd to make further inquiries. On July 25th I was told the order would arrive NEXT month... but the customer service person indicated 45 to 90 days. If it take another month the simplistic order takes 120 days! Wow. Even worse than the slow as molasses response time to produce the item is the incredibly poor customer service and the attitude that made it clear... 'they don't give a crap". I haven't seen the final product obviously... but I hope it is sprinkled with gold dust and diamonds.
